Saber Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The Before picture is a crawlspace of a home with sagging floors.

The After picture shows a installed Steel beam, and some all metal Smart Jacks. These components corrected the sagging floor issue.

The Before Picture shows a Support Post sliding off of it's Base.

The After Picture shows All Metal Smart Jacks being installed.

The Before Picture shows Some Floor Support Posts that are slipping off of their concrete bases.

The After Picture shows a new Installed Wood Support Post with Concrete Block base, that is secured to the floor joist and the concrete base with metal braces.

The before-photo shows concrete that was in need of repair. The after-photo shows how we fill the cracks of the concrete with our high-end sealant NexusPro. What it does not show is that we also use our PolyLevel service to fill the voids underneath which is what caused the cracks.
