Transforming an Uneven Porch and Pooling Water Issue in Los Angeles, CA
The homeowner’s porch was uneven, causing water to pool against the foundation. This issue led to concerns about potential damage and required immediate attention.
Saber Foundation Repair addressed the problem by:
- Stabilizing the Concrete: PolyLevel® foam injection was used to lift and level the porch.
- Protecting the Concrete: NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to prevent water infiltration.
- Tinting the Concrete: DecoShield™ was used to enhance the appearance and protect the surface.
The porch and driveway were effectively stabilized and leveled. The DecoShield™ tint provided both aesthetic appeal and added protection, ensuring the homeowner's property is now both visually appealing and safeguarded against future water damage.
