Stabilizing a Sinking Foundation with Helical Piers in Los Angeles
The homeowner in Los Angeles, CA, had been living in their home since 2012 and started noticing troubling signs of foundation settlement. Over time, cracks began appearing on the exterior walls, and parts of the foundation had sunk by one to two inches. The situation worsened, causing doors and windows to misalign and unsettling noises to echo through the house.
