Epoxy Crack repair

The before photo shows a crack in a wall that is located in a crawl space under a property.  The after photo, shows that work preformed by Saber to repair the crack in the wall.  Please note the photos were taken in a dark crawl space located under the property, so the lighting is not the best. 

Concrete Leveling in Long Beach, CA

Ryan's backyard concrete, originally laid in 1942, had settled unevenly over the years, raising concerns about potential worsening damage. Seeking a reliable solution, Ryan contacted Saber Foundation Repair.

 

Our design specialist, Danny, conducted a thorough evaluation of the foundation. He identified the uneven settling and recommended our advanced concrete leveling system. Danny proposed using our PolyLevel® system to effectively lift and level the concrete. Additionally, to address any existing cracks and prevent further damage, we utilized NexusPro® for crack repair. Saber Foundation Repair successfully addressed Ryan's uneven backyard concrete, providing a durable and efficient solution with PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. Concrete Replacement in Long Beach

Cleanspace Encapsulation For Humid Crawl Space in Long Beach, CA

The before photo shows a crawl space located in Long Beach before the installation of our CleanSpace package. Before the installation, the homeowner had mold underneath their home as well as a gross smell that entered their home. The humidity as well as moisture levels in their wood was well above standard and needed full service. The after photo illustrates what a crawl space with a vapor barrier will look like after the install incomplete to protect the home from moisture. 

Long Beach fuel containment support

Remodeling of existing fuel containment systems required a need for temporary support during the construction process.  A series of helical piers and custom brackets were installed to hold the perimeter steel structure while it was undermined for the remodel.
