Ryan's backyard concrete, originally laid in 1942, had settled unevenly over the years, raising concerns about potential worsening damage. Seeking a reliable solution, Ryan contacted Saber Foundation Repair.

Our design specialist, Danny, conducted a thorough evaluation of the foundation. He identified the uneven settling and recommended our advanced concrete leveling system. The humidity as well as moisture levels in their wood was well above standard and needed full service. The after photo illustrates what a crawl space with a vapor barrier will look like after the install incomplete to protect the home from moisture.
