Saber Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Before photo shows a crawl space that was causing a musky smell and white mildew inside the house which started to occur eight months ago. After photo shows an install of the clean space vapor barrier which part of our waterproofing system that will prevent evaporation of ground moisture into the crawl space air. This will stop the mold and order as well as prevent rot, rust, insects and other moisture-related problems.  

The Before picture shows a crack in a concrete foundation.

The After picture shows a installed Push Pier at the base of the foundation. These Push Piers stabilized the foundation of the home.

The Before picture shows pool area cement slabs that are sinking. This is causing trip hazards.
