Saber Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The Before picture shows a walkway that is sinking. There is a void under the walkway.

The After Picture shows installed all Metal Smart Jacks, and Support Beam. These new components have Stabilized this home's floors.

Before photo shows a crawl space that was causing a musky smell and white mildew inside the house which started to occur eight months ago. After photo shows an install of the clean space vapor barrier which part of our waterproofing system that will prevent evaporation of ground moisture into the crawl space air. This will stop the mold and order as well as prevent rot, rust, insects and other moisture-related problems.
