Foundation Issues in San Juan Capistrano

Challenge

Floors are Cracking and Seperating from walls. The Foundation is sinking.

Solution

Attaching Push Piers to the Foundation. Once Pressurized, these Piers will Lift the Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation. Then the Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This fixed all of the Issues.

Loose Floor Boards and Wall Separation are definite warnings of Foundation Issues.
