Challenge

This home is sinking. One side of the home has cracks in the walls, and the tile floor is cracking. Monometer readings show that there has been seven inches of settlement on one side of the home.There are Voids over four inches deep.

Solution

Filling the Voids under the Concrete Slab Foundation, with Polyurethane. Sabe used our PolyLevel Injection Process to make this happen. Then Saber installed Foundation Piers where the Foundation had settled. These two operations gave the home a consistent elevation .
