Challenge

Cracks in Driveway and Walkways. Cracks in the Foundation also. There are Voids causing all of this Concrete to Sink and Crack.

Solution

Saber's crew installed Helical Piers, and Pressurized them. This Lifted and Strengthened the Foundation. Then Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation, and Eliminated Trip Hazards in the Driveway and Walkways. Last of all, we installed Smart Jacks in the Crawlspace to give the Floor a Consistent Elevation.
