Filling Voids using PolyLevel(R) in Whittier

Challenge

Cracks in Driveway and Pool Deck. Cracks are also in the walls of the Home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Home Inspection. Multiple Voids were Located under the Foundation, Pool Deck, and Driveway.

Solution

Attaching Push Piers and Pressurizing them. This Lifted the sinking Foundation. Then the Voids under the Foundation, Pool Deck, Driveway, were Filled with Polyurethane. This Strengthened and Stabilized the Foundation, Pool Deck, and Driveway.

Large Voids under walkway are creating trip hazards.
