Challenge

Floors are sinking and Wall is Warping on this Concrete Slab Foundation. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Home Inspection. The Slab is Sinking into a Void.

Solution

Saber's Crew Drilled Holes Through The Concrete, and into the Voids. The we used our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to fill the Voids with Polyurethane. This Lifted the Sinking areas to a Consistent Elevation.

Warped Walls and Cracks in the Concrete Slab, indicate Voids under the Foundation.
