Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

Before photo shows how settling concrete around a pool deck can make a massive impact on the appearance. Even though it looks bad, it is also starting to become a tripping hazard which can cause a serious injury! The after photo shows how we used our two state-of-the-art pool deck repair services. These services are PolyLevel lifting and stabilization paired with our NexusPro sealant. We use Polylevel to lift and stabilize settled concrete by filling in voids from underneath while our Nexus pro will fill in between the joints of the concrete. Cracks sealed in Los Angeles

The before photo shows how a pool deck in Los Angeles has settled slabs that separated its joints and if it isn’t repaired will cause severe cracks. The After photo shows how we used Poly to lift the uneven slab to level and filled in the joints with our NexusPro sealant.

The before photo is from a home in Long Beach that has an issue with a settling slab of concrete on their pool deck. Having a slab that is deeply sunken is a serious tripping hazard especially around a pool. Homeowners Andrew and Nicole C. scheduled an appointment with us to use PolyLevel to lift the sunken slab. We also used our top-of-the-line sealant NexusPro to not only protect the concrete from future damage but also give a seamless finish as shown in the after photo.

The before photo shows a driveway that is uneven from voids underneath. Because some of the slabs have partially settled this caused the really ugly cracks throughout the homeowner's driveway. In the after photo shows the final result of lifting the concrete with our PolyLevel solution which will raise and stabilize the concrete. After we finished with the Poly we will fill the cracks and joints with our NexusPro sealant. Not only will this protect the concrete from being damaged by the elements, but it will also give the best possible finish.
