This Anaheim homeowner reached out to Saber Foundation Repair after noticing uneven sections in their concrete walkway that created a tripping hazard. Over time, soil settlement had caused the slabs to sink and separate. Our crew used PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift and level the concrete back into a safe and stable position. Once the walkway was restored, we applied NexusPro® joint sealant to fill and protect the expansion joints from water intrusion and UV damage. Sidewalk Lifted And Repaired Using PolyLevel® and NexusPro® in Anaheim, CA
The before-photo shows a sidewalk that has settled from voids underneath. From the settlement, there are also cracks throughout the sidewalk. As shown in the after photo, to fix this problem we used our PolyLevel solution to lift the concrete slab that has settled to the desired height.
