Fixing a Swimming Pool Deck in San Diego
The Before Picture shows a tilted and sinking cement slab in a swimming pool deck. This was creating trip and possible injury hazards.
The After Picture shows the solution in progress. Concrete was removed and holes were dug next to the swimming pool. Then Rebar and Push Piers were installed to stop the swimming pool from shifting with the soil. Later these holes were filled with concrete.

The After picture is the same patio area. The badly cracked cement was demolished, removed, and replaced.

The before photo shows a pool deck with settled concrete that was caused by a void. The after photo shows how we filled the void with our PolyLevel solution which lifts and stabilizes the settled slabs of concrete. Before photo shows a cracked and settling slab next on the pool deck of this home in La Mesa. The best solution which is shown in the after photo is to use our PolyLevel injection solution to lift the cracked slab back up to level. Once the uneven slab is back in place we used the Nexus Pro sealant which will protect the slab from further damage and seals the clacks seamlessly.
