Sagging Floors in Pacoima
The Before Picture is a example of a Crawlspace, where the wood support beams are starting to fail. The floor is sagging.
The After Picture show that Saber has attached a steel I Beam to the existing Floor Joists, then installed Smart Jacks, with a concrete base, to support and lift the floor to a consistent elevation.
