The before photo shows a crawl space with unsupported posts. Because the posts are unsupported the floor is starting to gas as the posts shift with time and seismic activity. In the after photo, we installed post caps to ensure the posts stay in place and can be more stable during a seismic event.

Before photo shows an unsupported post causing sagging floors and is a potential hazard during the event of an earthquake. The after photo shows how we retrofitted the posts to be properly secure to provide greater support to the post if an earthquake were to occur.
Drainage Issues Solved in Sierra Madre
The Before Picture shows a patio that has drainage issues. Homeowner stated that there was standing water on the patio, next to the home, after it rained.
The After Picture shows the area with a drain installed. There are no more standing water issues.
