South Pasadena resident Adam J. contacted Saber regarding cracks in his concrete foundation. Our Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of Adam's home. Part of his foundation was sinking. Our crew dug holes and attached Push Piers to Adam's home. The picture shows an attached Push Pier lifting the foundation to make it level. Adam was pleased with the completed job and the clean up.

Ian W. reached out to Saber due to concerns about a sloping floor, cracking, and creaking in his duplex property. Worried that these issues might lead to a potential cave-in, Ian relied on this property for additional income. The duplex, constructed in 1927, showed signs of foundational problems, which became evident to Ian within his two years of owing the property. He understood that the foundation's condition was unlikely to improve on its own. Our design specialist, John, checked everything and found cracks and sinking in the crawl space. To make things better, he suggested a special way to seal and strengthen the crawl space. This would help lift the sagging floors and make the house stronger. Our skilled crew replaced old posts with better ones and fixed them properly to the beams. Now, Ian feels better knowing his home is safer, and his property is protected for the future.

Homeowner Oliver W. in San Bernardino had major issues with their settlement foundation. His home suffered from sagging floors and cracks throughout his ceiling. He gave us a call and scheduled an appointment with Curtis who is one of our Project Design Specialists. Curtis has spent many years in the industry and was able to notify his family that there was a crack in the home’s slab causing their sagging floors as well as the cracks in the ceiling. Curtis was able to offer the home our foundation pier system which will counteract all their problems and stabilize their home as if it were new! Altadena resident Julie O. contacted Saber regarding possible foundation issues with her home. Dan Froehlich performed a complete foundation evaluation. Julie's home had no foundation issues. Dan did recommed seismic retrofitting and two new crawlspace doors. Our crew finished this work in one day.  Julie was satisfied with the completed job and the cleanup.    

Altadena resident Julie O. contacted Saber regarding Earthquake Retrofitting her home, that was built in 1956. Our crew installed Universal Foundation Plates, see the attached picture. These plates strengthen the connection between the home and it's foundation. The home is now much less likely to slide off of it's foundation during a earthquake. 

  Altadena resident Steve L. contacted Saber about his home's failing foundation. A Saber design specialist performed a free home evaluation and discovered the one side of the home had sunk. Push Piers was suggested to stabilize and secure the home's foundation. Saber Foreman Jose P. and crew arrived at Steve's residence on time and ready to work. They installed 12 Push Piers in total, securing the home's foundation. Steve was very happy with the work done, giving Jose and crew a great review. 

Downey resident Jose Luis G. contacted Saber about cracks in his garage floor and walls. He also stated that the garage door wasn't closing evenly. After inspecting the garage, Saber used their state-of-the-art PolyLevel process to raise the concrete slab in the garage. Then, with the level garage floor we caulked the existing cracks. Jose Luis was satisfied with the result and with our clean-up when we finished the job.

Downey resident Helen F. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the concrete areas outside of her home. The cracks were spreading and were causing Trip Hazards. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free and Thorough Homeowner Inspection of Helen's home. Voids had formed under the concrete walkways. Areas of the concrete were sinking in to these Voids.  Our Crew drilled holes through the Concrete, into the Voids. We then injected Polyurethane into these Voids. Once the Voids were filled, our crew cleaned up any Polyurethane overflow, and made sure there were no more Trip Hazards. The attached picture shows our Crew using our PolyLevel Injection Process.

Artesia resident Leilanie C. contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in her home. She stated that the home was 100 years old. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free and Thorough Homeowner inspection. The attached picture shows the Crawlspace and the aging crossbeams and support posts. We recommended installing new crossbeams and support posts. We provided the inspection report and quote.

J & M Realty Company contacted Saber in regard to trip hazards at some apartments with cracked sidewalks. Parts of the sidewalks were starting to sink, creating a tripping hazard for their residents. Project design specialist Gilbert S. did a full evaluation, and offered a solution. Our crew leveled the sidewalks using cement grinding. The realty company was satisfied with the result and the cleanup.
