Cerritos resident Dolly S. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards that had formed in her driveway. Saber's Project Design Specialist Performed a Free Homeowner inspection. Shifting soils had formed voids under Dolly's driveway. Saber recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This would fill the voids with Polyurethane and eliminate the trip hazards. Dolly received a 30 day quote and a copy of the inspection report.

South Pasadena resident Adam J. contacted Saber regarding cracks in his concrete foundation. Our Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of Adam's home. Part of his foundation was sinking. Our crew dug holes and attached Push Piers to Adam's home. The picture shows an attached Push Pier lifting the foundation to make it level. Adam was pleased with the completed job and the clean up.

Ian W. reached out to Saber due to concerns about a sloping floor, cracking, and creaking in his duplex property. Worried that these issues might lead to a potential cave-in, Ian relied on this property for additional income. The duplex, constructed in 1927, showed signs of foundational problems, which became evident to Ian within his two years of owing the property. He understood that the foundation's condition was unlikely to improve on its own. Our design specialist, John, checked everything and found cracks and sinking in the crawl space. To make things better, he suggested a special way to seal and strengthen the crawl space. This would help lift the sagging floors and make the house stronger. Our skilled crew replaced old posts with better ones and fixed them properly to the beams. Now, Ian feels better knowing his home is safer, and his property is protected for the future.

Homeowner Oliver W. in San Bernardino had major issues with their settlement foundation. His home suffered from sagging floors and cracks throughout his ceiling. Dan did recommed seismic retrofitting and two new crawlspace doors. Our crew finished this work in one day.  Julie was satisfied with the completed job and the cleanup.    

Altadena resident Julie O. contacted Saber regarding Earthquake Retrofitting her home, that was built in 1956. Our crew installed Universal Foundation Plates, see the attached picture. These plates strengthen the connection between the home and it's foundation. The home is now much less likely to slide off of it's foundation during a earthquake. 

A homeowner in Altadena contacted Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair after noticing serious signs of foundation failure affecting the structural stability of the home. Over time, one side of the house had noticeably settled, creating concerns about ongoing structural movement and long-term damage. To properly evaluate the issue, Saber’s foundation repair specialists performed a comprehensive home foundation inspection and structural assessment. During the inspection, the team confirmed that one side of the home had sunk due to unstable supporting soil conditions beneath the foundation. As sections of the footing lost support and settled unevenly, the structural load of the home became unbalanced, increasing the risk of wall cracking, floor sloping, sticking doors and windows, and continued foundation movement if left untreated. To permanently stabilize the structure, the team recommended the installation of a heavy-duty push pier foundation repair system. The installation crew carefully excavated around the affected foundation sections and installed 12 heavy-duty steel push piers beneath the settling side of the home. Each push pier was hydraulically advanced deep into stable load-bearing soil beneath the weaker upper soil layers responsible for the settlement. Once the push piers achieved proper depth and capacity, the system permanently transferred the structural load of the home onto stronger supporting soils, helping stabilize the foundation and reduce the risk of future settlement. Push pier underpinning is one of the most effective long-term foundation stabilization solutions for homes throughout Southern California experiencing structural settlement caused by shifting soils.   By installing 12 engineered push piers beneath the home, Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair successfully restored structural stability to this Altadena property while helping protect the home from continued foundation movement and settlement-related damage for years to come.

Downey resident Jose Luis G. contacted Saber about cracks in his garage floor and walls. He also stated that the garage door wasn't closing evenly. After inspecting the garage, Saber used their state-of-the-art PolyLevel process to raise the concrete slab in the garage. Then, with the level garage floor we caulked the existing cracks. Jose Luis was satisfied with the result and with our clean-up when we finished the job.

Downey resident Helen F. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the concrete areas outside of her home. The cracks were spreading and were causing Trip Hazards. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free and Thorough Homeowner Inspection of Helen's home. Voids had formed under the concrete walkways. Areas of the concrete were sinking in to these Voids.  Our Crew drilled holes through the Concrete, into the Voids. We then injected Polyurethane into these Voids. Once the Voids were filled, our crew cleaned up any Polyurethane overflow, and made sure there were no more Trip Hazards. The attached picture shows our Crew using our PolyLevel Injection Process.

Artesia resident Leilanie C. contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in her home. She stated that the home was 100 years old. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free and Thorough Homeowner inspection. The attached picture shows the Crawlspace and the aging crossbeams and support posts. We recommended installing new crossbeams and support posts. We provided the inspection report and quote.
