Alpine resident Delaine H. contacted Saber about foundation issues with their house. We inspected the house and found cracked concrete in the foundation, and drainage issues in the crawl space. Saber removed and replaced the cracked concrete for the foundation. Saber also installed a new drain and added a sump pump to the crawl space. Saber took care of the permit required by the city.  

California City resident Sharon C. contacted Saber regarding concrete cracking on the Front porch of her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. There was a obvious hole in the concrete on the front porch. Voids had formed under the concrete porch. The concrete was sinking and breaking. Saber suggested filling these voids with Polyurethane. Our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process would be the least intrusive, and most effective way to fix this issue. Sharon received Saber's written Home Inspection Report.

Valley Center resident Patricia D. contacted Saber regarding drainage issues in their Crawlspace and outside of her home.  Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Patricia's home.  Our crew, installed a Sump Pump in the home's Crawlspace. Saber installed Drainage lines as well as drains. Patricia was happy with the results and the clean up.

  Homeowners in Sheryl and John W. had a major smell problem in their cabin crawlspace in Valley Center. John said, "We noticed the smell when we first moved in but now, we have to fix it, the mold is too much." Our project design specialist Curtis L. did their evaluation and found that there high moister levels which would cause mold within the crawl and that is the corporate of the smell. Bryan A. and his crew were sent to do install the full CleanSpace service which included: 1300 feet of the vapor barrier, insulation removal, The Aprilaire 1820 energy-efficient dehumidifier, a condensate pump, electrical outlet, and vent sealing. This installation dehumidifies their crawlspace eventually eliminating the mold and allowing Sheryl and John to finally enjoy their smell-free home after enduring their problem for nearly twenty years. 

Sun City resident Steve O contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete home evaluation. Our crew removed interior concrete from the foundation. We then used Push Piers to lift and strengthen the foundation.  Steve was pleased with the result of this job and the clean up.

Menifee resident Chris S contacted Saber regarding cracks on both inside and outside walls of his home. Our project design specialist conducted a full evaluation of the home. The crew used push piers and brackets to stabilize the foundation of Chris's home.  Chris was happy with the completed job and the clean up.  

Menifee resident Vince contacted Saber regarding more storage for the Crawslspace of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Vince's home. We found that the floors were sagging and were in need of being Stabilized and Strengthened. Our Crew attached Metal crossbeams to strengthen the existing wood Floor Joists. We then added Smart Jacks to give the home's Floors Constant Elevation. The attached Picture shows both components installed in the Crawlspace. Vince was happy that Saber had corrected his floor issues.

Quail Valley resident Laura J. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Laura's home.  Our crew replaced the wood support posts with all metal Smart Jacks and concrete bases. Laura was satisfied with the completed job and the clean up.

Mr. Hernandez wanted to purchase his grandmother's 2000-built house, but noticed signs of foundation problems. The garage was shifting and the concrete slabs in the driveway were beginning to sink in. That's when he decided to call Saber for a free no-obligation inspection. Upon our design specialist's assessment, a proposed permanent foundation stabilization plan involves the installation of push piers to support the home's foundation.
