Los Alamitos resident Fatollah T contacted Saber about cracks in his walkways, and walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of the home. Our crew removed and replaced the cracked concrete walkways.  We also filled some voids under the foundation using our PolyLevel process. Fatollah was happy with the completed work and the clean up.

Westminster resident Katie P. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the exterior walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist completed a evaluation of Katie's home. Out crew installed Push Piers to level the foundation slab. Katie approved of the completed job and the clean up.

Foothill Ranch resident Jim B. contacted Saber in regards to cracks in the Foundation of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection. Saber recommended attaching Foundation Piers to the base of the Slab, and lifting the areas that were sinking into voids. Jim was given a inspection report and a written quote.

Midway City resident Joyce T. contacted Saber regarding badly cracked concrete on the driveway of her home. The concrete was cracked to badly to repair. Saber recommended concrete excavation and replacement. Joyce was given a copy of Saber's Inspection Report and a 30 day quote.

Huntington Park resident George C. contacted Saber regarding his apartment complex where the back side hangs off of beams. The beams were sagging and cracking the walls upstairs in the back corner of the complex. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete evaluation of George's property. Our crew installed 5 new posts with poured concrete bases.  George was happy with the result of the job and the clean up.

Huntington Park resident Frank A. contacted Saber about uneven and sagging floors in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Complete inspection of Frank's home. Saber's Crew attached Metal Crossbeams to the existing wood floorJoists.We then installed SmartJacks to lift the sagging areas of the floor. Frank was happy with the results.

Grand Terrace resident Richard L. contacted Saber regarding uneven cement edges on his swimming pool deck. The attached picture shows one of the trip hazards. Our Project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection of Richard's home and pool area. Our crew, used Saber's PolyLevel injection process, to raise the sinking sections of of the pool deck, thus eliminating all trip hazards. Richard was happy with the completed Work and the clean up.

Grand Terrace resident Charles M contacted Saber regarding cracks that were appearing in the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and free homeowner inspection of Charles home. Voids had formed under the foundation. This was caused by shifting soils. This had caused the foundation to sink in areas. The foundation was cracking. The support posts in the crawl space were also sliding off of their bases. The attached picture shows one of the sliding support posts. We gave Charles the inspection report and our quote to fix these issues.

A local restaurant in Fountain Valley researched in a local trade magazine ways that they could fix the trip hazards around their outdoor patio and walkways. They searched online and found that Saber had the best reviews and experience for the job. Upon getting their free inspection and estimate, they signed on for Saber's commercial concrete grinding services.  In just a few days, with minimal disruption of customer traffic, Saber ground down to level every trip hazard in the restaurant's property. The job proved to be seamless and smooth, much to the happiness of the owner and patrons. Giving this restaurant's walkways a face lift truly made the property look newer and cleaner.

San Bernardino business Century Arrowhead Vista/SK Management contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards created by Tree Roots, that were buckling Walkways. Sabers Project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection.  Saber's crew excavated and removed bucking concrete. We also cut and removed the tree roots that were causing the issue. We prepared these areas with concrete forms. Last of all our crew finished with new concrete to replace the trip hazards. The attached picture shows the completed work.
