Push Piers in Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo resident Heidi H. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the exterior walls of her home. These cracks were spreading. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Heidi's home. Areas of the Foundation were sinking.  Saber's crew excavated holes next to the Foundation. Then we installed Push Piers to the base of the slab. The Push Piers were pressurized. This lifted and strengthened the Foundation, and stopped the cracks from spreading.  Heidi was happy with the completed work. She now has peace of mind.
PolyLevel(R) Injection in Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo resident Rick F contacted Saber regarding the Floors and Walls in his Home that are warping.The Home has a Slab Foundation. Saber's Project Design Specialist found that Voids have Formed under the Slab Foundation, during our Inspection. Saber's Crew Drilled Holes through the Foundation and into the Void. Then, using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process, to fill the voids with Polyurethane. This process Lifted the Floors back to a Consistent Elevation. 
Sinking Foundation in Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo resident Jim W. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home, and the difficulty he was having opening and closing the the French Doors to his back patio. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Home Inspection. Soils had shifted under Jim's home Foundation. This had created Voids, which the Foundation was sinking in to. This had weakened the Foundation, causing it to crack. Saber's crew excavated holes next to the Voids. We then attached Push Piers to The Foundation. We Pressurized the Piers. See the attached pictures. This lifted the sinking areas back to a Consistent Elevation. This Strengthened the Foundation. Then we Filled the Voids with Polyurethane, which Stabilized the Foundation. This also stopped the Voids from any further expansion.
Cracking Walls in El Toro
El Toro resident William B. contacted Saber regarding cracks that were spreading in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of William's home. Sifting soils under the Foundation had formed voids. The sinking Foundation was cracking. The spreading cracks showed that the Foundation was weakening. Saber recommended installing Foundation Piers to Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. After this was done, the voids could be filled with Polyurethane. This would prevent the voids from growing larger, and Stabilize William's home. William received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.
Smart Jacks in Twin Peaks
Twin Peaks resident Jim C. contacted Saber regarding sticking windows and doors, and cracks in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete home inspection for Jim. Our crew raised the home's foundation using Push Piers and all metal Smart Jacks. Jim was happy with the job results and clean up.
Pool Deck Trip Hazards in Newport Coast
Newport Coast resident Elena I. contacted Saber regarding Cracks forming Trip Hazards in her pool deck. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Elena's home. Voids had formed under the concrete slabs, causing the concrete to sink and crack. We recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane, and then using Nexus Plus to fill and seal the cracks. Elean received her copy of the homeowner inspection report and Saber's quote.
PolyLevel (R) in Sunland
Sunland resident Dylan M. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the exterior wallss of his home and trip hazards on the walkways. Saber's Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of Dylan's home. Our crew used the PolyLevel Injection Proceess to fill the voids created by shifting soil under the walkways and foundation. This process strengthened the home foundation and eliminated the trip hazards. Dylan was happy with the results and the clean up. The attached picture shows a exterior wall crack that Dylan's home has on it.
Foundation in Inglewood, Ca
Inglewood resident Grace F contacted Saber about doors sticking in her home. our project design specialist performed a full evaluation of the home. Our crew used Smart Jacks with concrete bases to level the home's foundation. grace approved of the work and the clean up.
Eliminating Trip Hazards in Redlands
Redlands resident David B. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards on the concrete walkways of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection of David's property. Shifting soils had created voids under the walkways and patio areas. Our Crew Lifted the areas of concrete, that were sinking into these voids. Once Constant Elevation was obtained, we filled the voids with Polyurethane, using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. Then Nexus Plus was applied to fill in the cracks, and give the concrete a finished look. The attached picture shows the walkway after Nexus Plus was applied. David has peace of mind that his home is safer.
Foundation in Wilmington
Wilmington resident Boris T contacted Saber regarding cracks on the walls of his home. He also stated that the doors were sticking. Our Project design specialist performed a complete evaluation. Our crew used a helical pier system to stabilize the foundation of their home. Boris was satisfied with the job result and the clean up.
