Sun City resident Steve O contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete home evaluation. Our crew removed interior concrete from the foundation. We then used Push Piers to lift and strengthen the foundation.  Steve was pleased with the result of this job and the clean up.

Menifee resident Chris S contacted Saber regarding cracks on both inside and outside walls of his home. Our project design specialist conducted a full evaluation of the home. The crew used push piers and brackets to stabilize the foundation of Chris's home.  Chris was happy with the completed job and the clean up.  

Menifee resident Vince contacted Saber regarding more storage for the Crawslspace of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Vince's home. We found that the floors were sagging and were in need of being Stabilized and Strengthened. Our Crew attached Metal crossbeams to strengthen the existing wood Floor Joists. We then added Smart Jacks to give the home's Floors Constant Elevation. The attached Picture shows both components installed in the Crawlspace. Vince was happy that Saber had corrected his floor issues.

Adelanto resident Jesse S. contacted Saber regarding cracking walls, and sticking doors and windows in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection. Voids had formed under the Foundation. The Foundation was weakening, and sinking. Saber suggested attaching Push Piers to the base of the Foundation. These Piers would strengthen the Foundation. They would also lift and give the Foundation back it's Consistent Elevation. We would also install Helical Tiebacks to stabilize Jesse's home. Last of all, we would fill the voids to stabilize the foundation. Jesse received a written Home Inspection Report from Saber.

Pacific Palisades resident Robert C. contacted Saber in regards to the State of California Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) promotion. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough evaluation of Robert's home. Our crew added a Steel Cross Beam and all metal Smart Jacks in the Crawlspace. seismic strengthening Universal Foundation Plates and A35 framing angles were also installed. Robert was happy with the completed job and the clean up.

Reseda resident George M. contacted Saber regarding cracked concrete walkways and cracked walls in his home. These cracks were spreading. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection. The Foundation was sinking into voids, that were created by shifting soils. Saber suggested that Push Piers be attached to the base of the foundation. These would lift the foundation, back to a consistent elevation, when pressurized. This would strengthen the foundation. We then suggested filling the voids with Polyurethane to stabilize the foundation. George received a copy of Saber's Inspection Report, and a quote, which is valid for 30 days.

Tarzana resident Mike A. contacted Saber regarding cracking of the interior and exterior walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Mike's home. There were voids forming under the Foundation. The concrete was sinking into the voids. The concrete was cracking, which was causing cracks in the walls of Mike's home. Saber proposed installing Push Piers to Lift and Strengthen the areas of the Foundation that were sinking. We also recommended Installing Helical Tiebacks to Stabilize the Foundation. Mike received a copy of our Homeowner Inspection Report. He also received a quote.

Diana M, from Beaumont, contacted Saber Foundation Repair regarding a drainage problem with her home.  Sales representative Dan Froehlich performed a complete evaluation. The job foreman, Richard Whitehead, fixed the drainage problem by adding drains. Then the garage and driveway were stabilized, and sealed using our state-of-the-art PolyLevel process.  Diana was satisfied with the job results and the cleanup after the job was done.  

Homeowners Robert and Tania K. have lived in their late 1970s home for nearly three years. Roughly near a year ago, they noticed a problem with their pool’s concrete. It started to have slabs of concrete settling throughout the pool deck. Robert said, “We started noticing about a year ago. Since then, it’s only got worse and worse! We don’t want this to get any worse and want a reputable company to fix it.” Our Project Design Specialist Curtis found that the family needed 135 feet of old sealant removed, 65 feet of NexusPro for the joints, another 55 feet of nexus pro to repair the cracks, and 1110 square feet of the concrete protection system. PolyLevel specialist Scott L and his crew took on the project which took two days to complete. Robert and his wife Tania fixed their pool just in time for summer and they could have been any happier!

Homeowners in San Clemente, California, had noticed some signs of settlement at their home.  They knew that the issue would only get worse so they called on Saber Geotechnical Construction Solutions to assist them with the repairs of their investment.  The home had signs of settlement in the interior walls as well as the exterior of the home.  The design specialist from Saber proposed that the home be stabilized using the push pier system.  In order to place the piers at the right locations along the property concrete needed to be removed to allow for excavating at the foundation footings.  Sixteen locations needed to be excavated and the concrete needed to be cut and removed from those locations. Once the location had been excavated 16 piers were placed, one at each location.  There was also 7 pier locations at the property that needed helical anchor attachments with retrofit brackets for extra stabilization.  The home was then lifted to maximum practical recovery and the homeowner, no longer sees the signs of settlement and has piece of mind knowing that the home is now stabilized.
