Murrieta resident Susan contacted Saber about Trip Hazards in her driveway. She told us that they had already tried grinding the concrete smooth, and the problem continued to get worse. Sabers Project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection of Susan's Home. The soil was shifting under the driveway. This had created voids, and had caused one of the concrete slabs to start sinking. The attached picture shows what voids do to concrete slabs. Our crew drilled holes through the sunken slab and into the void. Then we filled the void with Polyurethane, using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This raised the slab that had sunk. Last of all we filled in the drilled holes, and the spaces between the slabs using the Nexus Plus Caulk filling. Susan and her husband were glad that this safety hazard no longer existed.

Murrieta resident Tim R. contacted Saber regarding sticking doors and windows in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist found a very large Void, under the Foundation of Tim's home, during our Inspection. Please see the attached picture. The Foundation was weakening, and sinking into this Void. Our crew excavated holes next to the Foundation and attached Push Piers to the Foundation. When pressurized, the Piers Lifted and Strengthened Tim's Foundation. Then we filled this void with Polyurethane, to keep it from expanding. This also Stabilized Tim's Foundation.

A homeowner in Woodland Hills, CA had finally had enough of their too small basin for their sump pump. With the sufficient rains that had been falling in the area, he found that it overflowed into his crawlspace and eventually, the pump itself died. A musty odor began to come up through the house and, when the weather dried, bugs and other creatures were attracted to the moisture under the home. Upon calling Saber, a project design specialist came out to perform a full home inspection. Upon inspecting the crawlspace, it was found that a SmartSump would be the perfect solution to the problem. It was also noted that a SmartPipe 7.5 was required to help further the solution of the homeowner's wet crawlspace problems. Once the production crew came to perform the services, the task only took one day to complete.  The homeowner was happy with the results and finally had an operating sump pump again. His crawlspace is now dry and free of flooding rainwater whenever it rains.

Woodland Hilld resident David contacted Saber regarding cracks that were appearing in the ceiling of his home. He stated that he'd lived in his home for 40 years. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a free, and thorough Homeowner inspection. The soils had shifted under David's home, thus weakening the Foundation. Our crew excavated holes next to the weakened areas of the Foundation. Next, they attached Push Piers to the base of the Foundation, and pressurized them. These Push Piers lifted the parts of the Foundation that were sinking. They also gave the entire Foundation consistant elevation. This stopped the cracking in the ceiling, and gave David and his wife, peace of mind.

Topanga resident Tiffany B. contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in her home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a inspection of Tiffany's home. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace were sliding on of their concrete bases. Saber recommented installing Smart Jacks and Steel I Beams to solve this issue. Tiffany received a Saber's written Home Inspection Report.

A condominium community in Canoga Park received a free property walk through and evaluation from Saber. They had called because a few of their walkway slabs of concrete were uneven, creating trip hazards for their residents. Saber found quite a few trip hazards within the condominum property and advised that the concrete should be ground down to create a smoother surface. The owner of the complex agreed to have the services done within the following two weeks.  Once Saber's commercial grinding crew arrived, it only took a few days to efficiently and dustlessly grind down the trip hazards on the walkways in the community. The owner was pleased with the results, stating that the grinds were seamless and made the property look like new!

Rene had lived in her West Hills home, built in the 1980s, since 2013. Aware of California's earthquake risks, she turned to the Earthquake Brace + Bolt program for protection. Saber's crew installed Cleanspace Vapor Barrier over Drainage Mats. This took care of the moisture issues that Frances was having. Frances was happy with the finished job and clean up.

  Ron M., a homeowner in Santa Clarita, reached out to a local foundation repair contractor due to his sinking patio creating water accumulation and erosion. The unlevel concrete had become a hazard, leading to tripping incidents for Ron and his family. Seeking peace of mind and an end to these trip hazards, Ron wanted a solution. Our project design specialist, Robert, presented all the options to restore the safety of Ron's home and fix the concrete patio issues.
