Panorama City resident Limor M. contacted Saber regarding cracking floors in his garage that were becoming trip hazards. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids were found under the garage floor, and under the home's foundation. Saber recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to stop the cracking in the garage floor. We also recommended attaching Push Piers to the home's foundation, to lift and strengthen it. Limor received Saber's Home Inspection Report and a 30 day quote.

San Fernando resident James S. contacted Saber regarding the cracking floors and walls in his home. Our Project Design Specialist completed a thorough evaluation of James's home. Our crew excavated holes and attached Push Piers to the base of the foundation. This lifted the foundation and leveled James home. James was satisfied with the end results and the crew clean up.

Craig C. of Dana Point, California, noticed cracking in his stucco and drywall.  After researching the issue he found Saber, and called for an estimate.  Shortly after the call, an appointment was set for a Saber's Sales representative to evaluate the property.  The finding was that the home had settlement, the interior evaluations showed a maximum variance of -1.6 inches across the area measured.  So the recommendation was made to underpin the area as well as raise the foundation to support it from any future failure. Saber  scheduled a crew to go the home and resolve the issue.  The project began by the crew marking out the nine pier locations, once the pier locations were marked the crew began digging to expose the footings of the property.  Once the footings were exposed the equipment, for driving pipe, was set up.  Once the pipe was driven to the proper depth, the brackets were mounted with hardware. Once the hardware is installed on all the brackets the property is ready for the lift.  The lift was completed and polyurethane was injected for added support.  The cracks that had been formed prior to the stabilization, were traced and epoxied.  Once the lift was complete the holes were back filled and an inspection of the property was completed.  There is no doubt that now Craig can have piece mind knowing that his property is stable and the value of his property is increased, due to the foundation repair. 

A family living in their home in Dana Point, Ca. for over 20 years had begun to see the advancement of cracks in the exterior walls over the course of the recent year. The husband and wife became worried about foundation settlement and wanted a permanent solution that was done right.  Saber's project design specialist found the home had been built on soil that had been experiencing shifting and settlement. A plan was made to use push piers to stabilize the home in order to prevent any further settlement over time. The family had no plans on moving or selling the home. The customer was responsible for removing bushes and other landscaping at pier locations as well as remove cabinets and shelving from other areas of stabilization. In order to install the piers, Saber's production crew had to remove concrete at the pier locations. After the pier installation, Saber's team replaced the concrete over the pier locations and cleaned the job site to customer expectation. The crew's foreman walked the job site with the husband, explaining the work that had been completed. The family was impressed with Saber's dilligence and the effective solution they provided for their beloved home. 

Dana Point resident Brian A. contacted Saber stating that he wanted to sell his home. He wanted to show future buyers that his concrete floors had been fixed correctly. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free Homeowner inspection. Saber's Crew filled and sealed the cracks in Brian's concrete floor using Nexus Plus. The attached picture shows the end result. Brian was happy with the finished floors. 

Dana Point resident Dave D. contacted Saber regarding cracks in his patio. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Dave's home.  Sabers crew chased the cracks and filled them using the Nexus Pro process. The attached picture shows the finished job. The Nexus Pro is the white material, that is sealing the brick to the concrete trim. Dave was happy with the result.

Dana Point resident Saim T. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls and driveway of his home. Our Project Design Specialist located voids during the Free Homeowner inspection. Saber's crew excavated holes next to the Foundation of Saim's home. We then installed Push Piers to the base of the concrete slab. Our crew pressurized the Piers, which lifted the sinking areas of the Foundation. The attached picture shows a installed Push Pier being Pressurized. The Push Piers strengthened and Stabilized the entire Foundation. Saim was happy with the results.

Lisa L. of Green Valley Lake, California, had noticed that the floors in her home were sagging and the walls had begun to bow.  The first step she took was locating a foundation company with a great reputation, to fix her issue.  After doing her research she set up an appointment, with Saber, for an estimate.  The findings were, sagging beams and floor joists caused by weakening of members over time.   Saber scheduled a crew to compete the work for Lisa.  The crew installed galvanized adjustable steel Smart Jacks, by digging a 24x24" foundation pit, created an engineered fill, and installed a precast foundation base, and attached and adjusted the Smart Jack.  The crew also needed to install new 4x6 wood grider beams for additional reinforcement to existing floor supports.  This was accomplished by removing the sub floor to expose the existing beams. The home was lifted to maximum practical recovery, and the sub floor was replaced.  The site was then cleaned and the project was complete. 

Green Valley Lake resident Chuck H contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection of Chuck's home. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace were slipping off of their bases. Our crew attached wood girder beams to the existing Floor Joists. We then installed all metal SmartJacks with concrete bases. Chuck was happy with the results. No more sagging floors.

Calimesa resident Jackie H contacted Saber regarding trip hazards on her patio. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete evaluation. Out crew leveled the patio using our PolyLevel process. We also repaired the cracks using Nexus. Jackie was happy with the completed job and clean up.
