Poway resident Becki D. contacted Saber regarding voids that had formed under her walkways. She had tried filling these voids with dirt to no avail. She was getting tired of looking at the cracks that had formed also. Sabers crew drilled holes through the concrete slabs and into the voids. We then filled the voids with polyurethane using Saber's Styate-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This lifted the sinking areas of the walkways, and stopped the cracking. The attached Picture shows the walkways after the PolyLevel Injection. We cleaned up the area after this picture was taken. Becki was happy with the results.

A homeowner in Poway contacted Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair after noticing signs of foundation settlement affecting the structural stability and concrete surfaces around the home. As settlement progressed, portions of the foundation and surrounding concrete areas began showing movement that required permanent stabilization. To properly address the structural concerns, Saber’s foundation repair specialists designed a customized repair plan utilizing a combination of heavy-duty steel push piers and PolyLevel® polyurethane foam injection technology. The team installed three push piers beneath the affected foundation areas to permanently stabilize the settling structure. This added structural reinforcement helped strengthen the concrete while improving the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Following the completion of the repairs, the homeowner was extremely pleased with both the structural results and the professionalism of the installation crews. Homeowner Graham D. in Poway had a problem with his driveway. The voids underneath have made his slabs of concrete uneven and have created large ugly cracks through the parking area. It’s not only an eye sore it’s also a safety hazard! Our Project Design Specialist Curtis recommended our 2 – part Concrete Protection System. First, we’ll inject PolyLevel to raid and stabilize the slabs of concrete and the installation of Nexus Pro joint sealant to fill and repair the crevices. The work was done by our Foreman Scott L. and his crew. Three slabs of concrete were injected with PolyLevel into 30 dime sized holes throughout the uneven areas of the driveway.  Once the concrete was stabilized it had its grout filled the homeowner was excited to see the final result. Graham has dealt with this problem since he and his family first moved in their home. For the past 9 years the concrete slowly settled into the voids underneath and began doing greater damage. Him and his spouse have reached out in the past to get other professional advice on their concrete but where very disappointed by how other contractors lack of professionalism. They now have peace in mind and they know they received quality work at a reasonable price.  

Homeowner Cano B. in Poway had a problem with his sidewalk and driveway. His property was surrounded by trees that were growing roots underneath his concrete. This resulted in uneven slabs on his sidewalk as well as his driveway lifting from the roots. He decided to replace his driveway entirely and remove any roots that were leftover by the trees. However, this left his sidewalk untouched and more than likely had voids underneath his sidewalk which will eventually cause the slabs to settle. This was a job for our Forman Scott who specializes in PolyLevel and his crew. First, there were dime-sized holes drilled throughout the front patio and sidewalk and were injected with PolyLevel. After the concrete is stabilized and the PolyLevel has settled Scott and his crew fills in the grout with a professional finish. Cano and his wife moved into their 1980s home back in 2016 and saw their problem right away and knew they would have to address their issue sooner or later. Over time since they have first moved it their concrete has gotten so bad that their garage door couldn’t close. They knew if they didn’t take care of their problem that it would only get worse. A homeowner in Poway, CA was dealing with moisture issues and buildup in the crawl space beneath their home. With a large portion of the crawl space consisting of exposed soil, they wanted a solution that would help better manage the conditions underneath the house and create a cleaner, more controlled environment. The Crawl Space Problem Before work began, the crawl space had a large amount of exposed dirt beneath the home. The photos show bare soil extending throughout much of the space, along with the home's existing wood framing, support posts, plumbing, and foundation walls. As shown in the project photos, drainage material was incorporated into portions of the crawl space as the area was prepared. Dimpled drainage matting was also installed across the ground to provide an additional layer beneath the finished encapsulation system. This preparation created the foundation for a more comprehensive approach to controlling moisture beneath the home. Installing the Crawl Space Encapsulation System Once the necessary preparation was completed, the crew installed a durable liner across the crawl space floor. The liner covers the previously exposed soil and extends along portions of the crawl space perimeter. Rather than allowing the home's crawl space to remain directly exposed to the earth below, the encapsulation system creates a physical separation between the soil and the interior crawl space. The crew carefully worked the material around support posts, plumbing, and other components so the system could provide broad coverage throughout the area. The difference between the before and after conditions is significant. What began as an exposed dirt crawl space was transformed into a much cleaner and more controlled space beneath the home. A homeowner in Camarillo, California noticed some major signs of settlement occurring in and around their property.  The homeowners have notice large cracks forming above and around the door frames and window frames of their home, this was also making it hard for those doors and windows to open and close properly.  The homeowners did some research and discovered that they had a soils settlement issue.  Soil settlement is mostly due to the shifting of the soils beneath the homes foundation, cause gaps and voids to form and in turn the foundation becomes comprised because the solid ground it was once supported by has since lost that stability.  The homeowners then checked out ways to fix the problem, they found that pouring a new foundation would not only be time consuming, a huge disruption to their life and expensive, so they continued to look for other options.  They then spoke to a friend about the issue, who recommended Saber.   Saber was able to fix the issue in much more convenient cost effective way.  Saber used the PolyLEVEL™ system to stabilize and lift the property, closing the gaps and cracks that had formed.  The PolyLEVEL™ system is a great way to effectively repair and lift the foundation using a blend of poly to be pumped beneath the homes foundation.  The process is relatively quick and the cure time is minutes.  The homeowners no longer see the signs of settlement and those doors and windows that once where an issue now open and close with ease.  

A homeowner in Ventura called Saber stating that every time he walked to the sink in his kitchen, the floor sagged. He wanted to remodel his kitchen but was afraid the movement in the floors would ruin the countertops and backsplash. Visible signs of foundation problems were obvious. The kitchen floor was basically suspended in the air, with no contact with the footing. Lack of support to the home was causing many issues. Curtis and his team removed concrete from three locations around the home in order to place support piers. Two piers had to make a tight squeeze between the gas meter and A/C unit. The piers, once installed, lifted the foot back up to the mudseal of the home, making full contact. The removed concrete was then repoured and replaced. Saber's services fixed this Ventura home's problems by placing the home back on the footing for full support. The kitchen floor was then rendered 'bounceless'. The client was easy to work with and was very happy with the outcome! Total time on the job site was 4.5 hours.

Ventura resident Corine contacted Saber regarding Fondation Issues with her home. She was remodeling her home, and had noticed that, there were loose bricks at the base of the chimney, and there was crumbling concrete under the carpet she had removed. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete and Free Homeowner inspection of Corine's home. The soils had shifted under Corine's home. This had created voids, that in turn had caused her home's Foundation to sink.  Saber's crew brought the foundation to a consistant elevation by using PolyLevel injection under the slab to fill the voids. Next, holes were excavated next to Corine's home. Excess concrete was cut off and disposed of. This made the base of the home foundation flush with the top of the concrete slab. Then Push Piers were attached to lift the outer portion of the slab. The holes were filled in. These steps greatly strengthened the home's foundation, so that Corine could continue with her plan to remodel. Corine was pleased with the result and the clean up.

A home in Ramona, Ca was suffering from spider web-like cracks in the garage that were progressively getting bigger over time. The homeowners also were concerned about the horizontal cracks in their driveway and the fact that one corner of the driveway had dropped and split about 1/4". They called Saber to come out for a free estimate and solution to their problem.  Saber, after their inspection of the driveway and garage, determined that PolyLevel would be the best solution to the problem the homeowners were having. There was no lift necessary, but the foam was used to stabilize the garage floor and the driveway slabs. Once work got underway, small holes were drilled in strategic areas within the garage and driveway, where PolyLevel foam was injected, stabilizing the concrete. The holes were then patched, making them barely noticeable. After the final cleanup was completed, the customer reviewed the work done and was pleased with the results.

Ramona resident Christine G. contacted Saber regarding Cracking and seperation on her Pool Deck from her Swimming Pool. SeeSaber's Project Design Specialist discovered, that Voids had formed under some of the Deck's Concrete Slabs, during his Inspection. These slabs were sinking. Saber's crew drilled holes through the sinking slabs, and into the Voids. Injection Ports were attached to these holes. The crew then used Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to fill these Voids with Polyurethane. This lifted the slabs back to a consistant Elevation. Problem solved, no more cracking and separating.
