Porch Repair in Big Bear
Big Bear resident Ulrich contacted Saber in regards to large cracks in the concrete porch of this home. He was worried that his porch was going to collapse. Saber's Project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection of the home. Shifting soils had caused a void beneath Ulrich's front porch.
Our crew drilled holes through the concrete and into the void. We then filled the void using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This also raised the part of the porch that was sinking. The attached picture shows the stronger and stabilized front porch.
Ulrich was satisfied with the completed work.

SEAWALL ISSUES IN CANYON LAKE
Canyon Lake homeowner Connie S. was looking for help with her patio, which resulted from the seawall pulling away from her patio. Project Design Specialist Steven O. proposed a solution of PolyLevel, which included lifting the concrete deck and deep injection to address the seawall issues, and NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal concrete cracks to prevent water intrusion in the future. Living near water can bring up issues that landlocked homeowners don't need to address. Further erosion will be prevented by lifting the slab and sealing the cracking joint. Crew Foreman Scott L. and Jamin C. handled the project. Speaking of her overall experience with Saber, Connie writes, "Looked into different companies to level my cement slab attached to my seawall on the lake. Your representative Steven was very knowledgeable, patiently explaining everything to us. Your crew who came out to do the job was also very knowledgeable and hardworking. Your lead man Scott and his helper were awesome." Saber is committed to excellence from the beginning to the end of our projects. That's what we call our WOW! service.
