Joint and Crack Sealing with NexusPro®: 145 ft of NexusPro Joint Sealant and 10 ft of NexusPro Crack Repair were applied. This silicone-based formula resists UV rays, remains flexible over time, and prevents water from infiltrating the soil beneath the slab—one of the key causes of settlement.

Added Protection with SealantPro™: To extend the concrete’s lifespan, Saber applied SealantPro across the surface. This advanced coating bonds with the concrete at a molecular level, shielding it from moisture, chemicals, and daily wear.
