Fixing a Fireplace in Idyllwild-Pine Cove
The Before Picture shows a Rock Chimney that is settling due to shifting soils. There are Cracks on Both sides of the Chimney. It is starting to seperate itself from the home.
The After Picture shows two of the Helical Piers that Saber installed. The Piers were then pressurized, thus lifting, Strengthening and Stabilizing the Foundation of the Chimney.

The before photo shows a home in Lake Arrowhead that had its foundation settling which was causing cracks. To repair these cracks and prevent further damage we use the solution called Crack Stitching. Crack Stitching is proven to be the most reliable method for reinforcing cracked floors.

The Before picture shows the home with old wood posts in the home's crawl space.
The After picture shows all metal Smart Jacks being added to the home's crawl space. These jacks strengthened the floors of the home.

The Before picture is the home's crawlspace, without any support posts.
The After Picture shows the Same Crawlspace, with a Steel I Beam, All Metal Smart Jacks with Rock Bases added. The Floors, of this home, now have a consistent elevation.
