Challenge
The floors are sagging. The Wood Support Posts and Floor Joists are weakening. The Floor is also unstable.
Solution
Support the existing Floor Joists with Steel I Beams. Attach All Metal Smart Jacks to these I Beams. Pressurize the I Beams to bring the floor back to a consistent elevation. These Smart Jacks are supported by gravel and concrete.
