Sagging Floors in San Bernardino

Challenge
Floors are sagging in a older home. The wood support beams in the crawlspace are sliding from their bases caused by age, and years of earthquakes.
Solution
Install Steel I Beams to support the Wood Floor Joists. Then attach all Metal Smart Jacks with gravel pit bases to lift and and bring the floors back to a consistent elevation.
