Solution
Installing Steel I Beams to the Wood Floor Joists. Attaching All Metal Smart Jacks with Gravel Pit Bases. Pressurizing the Smart Jacks to Lift The Floor back to a consistent elevation, while taking part of the load off of the Foundation walls.
