Challenge

Home sliding off of the Support Posts in the Crawlspace. Years of Eartquakes have made the floors sag.

Solution

Attaching Seismic Retrofitting components to Strengthen the connection between the home and it's Foundation. Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps. These Components are approved, and recommended by the California Building Code.

These Post Caps strengthen the connection at both ends of the Support Post.
