Elimination Sagging Floors in San Diego

Challenge

Floors are Sagging in a San Diego Home. A inspection of The Home's Crawlspace reveals Wood Posts that are Sliding on their Concrete Bases.

Solution

Attaching Steel I Beams to the Wood Floor Joists. Then Installing and Pressurizing All Metal Smart Jacks. This lifts the previously Sagging Floors back to a Consistent Elevation.

This Picture shows the newly Installed Steel I Beam, and All Metal Smart Jacks. The Space between the old Wood Support Post and it's Concrete Base, show how much the Floors had Sunk.
