Installing Smart Jacks Strengthens a Foundation in Studio City

Challenge
The Home Owner wanted to get his Older Home Seismically Retrofitted. Saber noticed that the Home was also in need of additional Support Posts.
Solution
Our Crew Excavated 2 Foot x 2 Foot x 2 Foot holes in the Crawlspace and filled them with Gravel. We then Installed All Metal Smart Jacks on top of these all Gravel Bases. We Pressurized the Smart Jacks, to give the Home Consistent Elevation. Then we attached Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles to the Home and it's Foundation. These Components Strengthened the bond between the Home and it's Foundation.
