Support Post Issues in San Marcos

Challenge

The Floors are sagging. The Crawlspace Support Posts are sliding on their Concrete Bases. Shims have been used to fill spaces, between the Floor Joists and the Support Post.

Solution

Install all Metal Smart Jacks and Pressurize them. These Jacks will Lift the Floors back to a consistent elevation.

This is a example of what Saber found in the Home's Crawlspace.This support Post has tilted, causing it to partially lose contact with the Floor Joist. Shims aren't a permanent solution.
