Foundation Piers Stop Cracking Walls in El Segundo

Challenge

Cracking Walls and Crumbling Exterior Stairs. Voids have formed under the Foundation. The Foundation is sinking.

Solution

Saber Excavated holes next to the Foundation. We then attached Push Piers to the Base of the Foundation. We then Pressurized these Piers. This Lifted the Foundation back to it's Consistent Elevation. It also Strengthened the Foundation. Then Saber filled the Voids with Polyurethane.This stopped the void from expanding, and Stabilized the Foundation.
