Challenge
The homeowner wanted to improve earthquake safety by having the property fully seismically retrofitted.
Solution
Saber installed Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps to reinforce the connection between the home and its foundation. This upgrade enhanced the structure’s stability and earthquake resistance.
