Challenge

Cracks in the Foundation of a Home in the Mountains. Shifting Soils have created Voids under the Foundation.

Solution

Installing Helical Tiebacks and Helical Piers to both Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. Filling the Voids with Polyurethane stop the Voids from spreading, and Stabilize the Foundation.
