Challenge
There are sagging Floors in this older Home. A inspection of the Crawlspace reveals that this Home is starting to slide on it's Foundation.
Solution
Strengthen the connection between the Support Posts and the Floors, by attaching Seismic Post Caps. Then we Strengthened the connection between the Home and it's Foundation by attaching Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles.
