Sagging Floors in Pasadena

Challenge

The Floors are Sagging in a Church. The Foundation is also cracking. Voids need to be filled.

Solution

First, Saber attached and Pressurized Push Piers. Then We filled the Voids with Polyurethane. Saber then attached Steel I Beams to the existing Wood Floor Joists. We then Lifted the Sagging Floors by installing all Metal Smart Jacks, and Pressurizing them.

This is one of the Smart Jacks and Metal I Beams that Saber installed.
