Challenge

The Floor is sagging, and there are cracks in the walls. Saber's Home Inspection reveals deteriorating Support Posts in the home's Crawlspace.

Solution

Installing Steel I Beams to support the Sagging Floor Joists. We then attached all Metal Smart Jacks to these I Beams. The Jacks were Pressurized, and the Issues were resolved.

Deteriorating Concrete Base, of this Support Post, was causing the Floor to Sag.
