Challenge

There are cracks running the Length of the Deck and the Foundation of this home. This home is on a Slope, and there are Voids Forming under the Concrete.

Solution

Attaching and Pressurizing Push Piers to both the Deck and the Foundation. This Lifted and Strengthened both. The cracks stopped traveling.

this large crack was one of the reasons that our customer called Saber.
