Challenge
The home’s foundation was gradually settling due to shifting soils, leaving empty spaces beneath it and causing instability.
Solution
Saber secured push piers to the base of the foundation and applied hydraulic pressure to lift it back to its correct position. Once stabilized, the voids beneath were filled with polyurethane to restore support and prevent further movement.
