Strengthening and Stabilizing a Foundation in Long Beach

Challenge

Unlevel home. sinking porch. cracks in walls and foundation. Doors and Windows aren't operating properly.

Solution

Attach Push Piers to the Base of the Foundation. Pressurize these Piers. Now the Home has a Consistent Elevation. The Foundation is no longer sinking, and has been Strengthened. Then Saber Filled the Voids, that the Foundation had been sinking into. Now the voids will stop expanding, and the Home, and it's Foundation have been Stabilized.

Our Customer was very happy with the Speed and Efficency of Saber's work.

Lifting the Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation, by using Push Piers. Also, now the Voids are exposed, and can be filled with Polyurethane.
