Challenge
Floors are sagging in a older San Diego home. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace are Slipping, Sliding, and Failing.
Solution
Attaching Steel I Beams to the Existing Floor Joists. Then Attaching Smart Jacks and Pressurizing them. This Lifted the Floor back to a Consistent Elevation.
