Foundation Pier and Smart Jack Upgrade for Older Home in Long Beach

Challenge
In this older home, the owner reported sagging floors and visible wall cracks, both signs of foundation settlement and shifting.
Solution
Saber reinforced the structure by installing foundation piers to stabilize the home’s base. Smart Jacks were also added and adjusted to lift and level the floors, creating a consistent elevation and addressing the homeowner’s concerns.
