Challenge
The homeowner reported sticking doors and windows, along with visible wall cracks. Inspection revealed a large foundation crack and a significant void beneath it, causing instability and uneven settlement.
Solution
Saber recommended installing foundation piers to lift and support the cracked, sinking foundation. The plan also included filling the void beneath the affected area to stabilize and reinforce the home’s base.
