Challenge
The goal was to modernize the home’s foundation to satisfy current California Building Code standards for earthquake readiness.
Solution
Saber’s crew upgraded the home’s structural integrity by adding Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps. They also applied steel wall-strengthening mesh to bolster the foundation walls. These enhancements brought the property into full compliance with today’s seismic safety codes.
