Challenge
The Homeowner wants his older Home brought up to Current California Eartquake Building Code.
Solution
Installing Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles, Strengthened the connection between the Home and it's Foundation. Attaching Post Caps Strengthened the Connection between the Support Posts, and it's Base, and the Floor Joists.
