Challenge
The homeowner wanted Saber to upgrade the home to meet California's seismic construction requirements.
Solution
Saber attached post caps to the support posts. Also, Saber attached Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 framing angles. These strengthened the connection between the home and its foundation.
