Challenge
The homeowners contacted Saber to improve their home’s earthquake readiness and bring it in line with modern safety standards.
Solution
Saber installed Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps. Together, these components reinforced the home-to-foundation connection and brought the structure up to current California Building Code requirements for seismic preparedness.
